Manhunt T&Cs

• All entrants must be over the age of 18, photographs submitted to the competition remain property of the company and can be used as the company desires. Entry to the competition closes at 5.30pm on Thursday 29th October; there will be an internal shortlist selection for the final 20 entrants and this decision will be made by the radio station.

• If selected entrants must be available for a shortlist interview on Saturday 31st or Sunday 1st November 2009 and if selected for the final 20 all entrants must be available for a photo shoot on Saturday 7th or Sunday 8th November 2009.

• The 20 finalists must agree to take part in all promotional activity that the Radio Station organises. Any photographs, videos or interviews conducted remain property of the company and will be used as the company sees appropriate. Finalists may be required to take part in publicity and by entering this competition you agree that the radio station may use the name, likeness, voice and home town details of you for advertising and promotional purposes without additional notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• The 20 finalists will be notified on Monday 2nd November 2009 and voting online opens on Tuesday 3rd November at 8am and closes at 5pm on Monday 23rd November. The 12 with the highest votes will be notified once the votes have been counted; the radio station’s decision is final. The radio station has sole control of the calendars and the pictures that will be used.
  

• Galaxy Yorkshire Region Only - The Light will be at liberty to contact Manhunt finalists to request that they partake in promotional activity at The Light.  Remuneration for this activity will be agreed between The Light and The Finalists but a condition of entry to Galaxy’s competition will be that finalists agree to be contacted by The Light about promotional work.
  

Galaxy reserves the right to withdraw entrants from the competition at anytime.
